Afghan craftsmen make all these necklaces and other pieces of authentic beautiful jewelry one by one made by hands. All of the crafters are self-employed and make these items by taking orders. The metals used in this kind of jewelry are called different names, some call it German Silver, some called it Gypsy, Gillet and some call it Alpaca Silver. We cannot confirm. As these are handmade by individuals, minor flaws and imperfections are very common. Imperfections, wears & tears, missing parts, defects and many other flaws are common with these types of products and handmade items.
Actual item may differ slightly than the image due to image quality, lighting, Contrasts, resolutions, and other factors. However, in most cases, actual items look better than the images.

Our policy lasts thirty days. If it's been more than 30 days since the date you made your purchase and we're unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
You are able to return a product if it is unused and still in the same state as when you received it. It should also be in the original package.
